The C2C And Northern Cycle Routes Forum

Hi guys,

I've just signed up here to find out how young the youngest person to have done the C2C solo has been?? When i say solo i mean riding alone - no mechanical help, no support, staying alone at B&B's and things. I did this at the end of October, finishing on Halloween having done it in 3 days. I am 18 and i was wondering if this might be a record, i noticed there was a list of records but i didn't noticed a youngest solo ride mentioned.

Last year when I done it we met 2 16 year olds doing it and another lad who I think was 17 doing it alone. So you might be a bit too late.

sorry to disappoint but me and a friend, both aged fifteen did it in two days on our mountain bikes last summer and are doin it again in 24h for charity later this year
