Hi, john. There is another 2 pubs in Robin Hood's Bay called the Laurel Inn, Dolphin. Also Fylingdales just before the Bay and the Victoria at the top of the bank.

The Bob Yak Trailer is nice piece of kit, I also did see the Y-Frame trailer at the York Cycle Show.

I may not be doing the Wheelwright's now, might plan it for next year, using Packhorse to carry the gear.

I'm now planning a Double Coast to Coast, got a draft route drawn up. This was planned a couple of weeks ago, but the York Cycle Show got in the way.

D1. Stockton to Edmundbyers....50 miles.

D2. Edmundbyers to Little Blencow....50 miles.

D3. Little Blencow to Ennerdale Bridge....50 miles.

D4. Ennerdale Bridge to Shap....50 miles.

D5. Shap to Bolton on Swale....57 miles.

D6. Bolton on Swale to Robin Hood's Bay....55 miles.

This will be however on-road and using the excellent Particle 13 tent by The North Face, also using the front panniers as well as rear panniers. Took the bar-bag off to replace it with a map-trap.

I've replaced the Schwalbe tyres with Panaracer T-Serve folding tyres.

Also to go is the butterfly bars, replaced with riser bar with bar-ends and a shorter adjustable stem.
