Hi,

There are 26 of us doing the coast 2 coast this year over a range of 1,2 and 3 days (depending on experience and lunacy). We have most things sorted although we are still looking for sunday night accommodation somewhere around consett/stanley way.

There will be 8 of us in total lagging behind the rest and needing a stop over on the sunday. Any ideas ?

as the event gets closer the no of people is getting bigger we are now up to 29.

4 one day riders, 17 two day & 8 three day.

As I am without doubt the unfittest of us all I've been trying to up my training. Just completed a 30 miler in the rain yesterday. and plan a couple of nights out this week. Ideally I would like to crack the 53 mile mark in a day which will be probably be the most miles we will be completing (day 2 of 3).
Hopefully I will attempt this next week while I am off work.

so your all starting as a group of 29, and finishing either over 1, 2, 3 or 4 days?...
