I maybe planning to do the Hadrian's Cycle route and also C2C on the return. I will be camping and need information on the background of route. I do have the maps and guess it will take 2 days to cross from Newcastle Central Station to Whitehaven (or Workington)

Thanks for the link, john. Interesting to find that it finishes at Ravenglass and not Whitehaven as I thought.

I think the plans are looking like Hadrian's Wall and then continue to Walney to Whitby for the return trip. I worked the mileage to 410, which will be ideal for a week's trip.
