Cycling Sustrans in Ireland?

Postby tjd on Wed Nov 26, 2008 8:53 am

Having cycled the c2c route for many a year, a few of us from a local pub are thinking (just thinking), about doing a cycle for charity next summer, and instead of the usual c2c we are wondering what options we have if we were to take a trip over the water to ireland.

Obviously, depending on cost with air fares etc.

a) has anyone cycled in Ireland before
b) what are the BnB/Guest houses like with regards to cost/facilities etc
c) are they any routes/places that should be avoided?
d) is that any advice you could give

I heard there is another cycling forum like this, but cant seem to find it?

Thanks in advance
