after years of searching ebay and the tinternet ive finally found a pair of scott at-4 handlebars, i had a pair 20 years ago and they were the "dogs" as they offer many ride positions , the best one being down in the areo position ,handy when its windy.

agileman wrote:One for John. I'm thinking of getting a Topeak beam racks for my mountain bike for short rides. Trouble is my hardtail can't accept the normal racks, so it needs a beam rack that fastens to seatpost. I will also need a trunk bag. I have a cheap beam rack, but it's a bit tacky.

On the other hand I was browsing on the Carradice site and looking at some of the products on there, such as the Barley saddlebag.

What do you think, the Topeak look's like a smart piece of kit.

Thats the same for my bike, I'm making my own!
I just dont trust a single pointof contact to hold the weight, am I being over the top, do they work that well?
