Does anyone know of campsites in or near Langwathby and Allenheads? We're doing a leisurely variation of the C2C over 5 days and plan to start at Workington stopping at Keswick, Langwathby, Allenheads, Durham and finishing in Hartlepool. We didn't finish it this year because of an accident but thought our middle day was too long (Penrith to Rookhope) so planned to shorten it at both ends.

thres a site on the river between stanhope and the kilhope wheel, cant think of the place name right now but am up there a bit with work can enquire whats the score if you like?
